As part of a week-long enrichment program for UX writers, I gave a workshop about growth. I discussed Wix's overall philosophy on growth and the different stages of growth, then I broke down 3 different categories of growth (skills, opportunities and roles). I invited 3 UX writers to share their own unique growth stories, and we ended the workshop with an individual exercise to get the participants thinking about their own growth.

This was a topic that many people requested, and one that I think is incredibly important.
